These Terms of Use govern your use of the My Acre platform — including browsing listings, creating an account, listing a property, submitting an enquiry, requesting a site visit, and using related support or optional add-on services. By using the platform or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1) Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law to register an account or transact through the platform.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or disable accounts for fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms; you may request reinstatement through the process we provide.
2) Accuracy of Information
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your account profile, property listings, documents, and enquiries.
- Sellers must have lawful ownership of, or authority to sell, any property they list, and listing documents must be genuine. Listings with false or misleading information may be rejected or removed, and repeat violations may lead to account suspension.
3) Non-Binding Nature of Enquiries & Listings
- An enquiry is an expression of interest only and does not constitute a legal offer or contract. A listing is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell.
- Any purchase, lease, or service will be subject to separate terms agreed between the parties, and completed through a registered sale deed (or other instrument) as required by law.
4) Pricing, Fees & Optional Services
- Core marketplace use — browsing, enquiries, site visits, and relationship manager support through deal closing — is offered without a membership subscription. We do not currently sell fixed seller membership plans on the platform.
- Sellers agree an owner payout amount with their relationship manager. The public listing price shown to buyers may include a platform facilitation margin above that payout. Buyers pay the listed price for the property as shown; there is no separate published brokerage charged on top of that listed price.
- Optional add-on services (such as professional land measurement or ownership-transfer assistance) may be available. Fixed prices for add-ons are not published on the site. For any fee or pricing question, contact us via our Contact Us page; quotes are confirmed before you commit. You may also arrange equivalent services yourself.
- Where a deal closes through the platform, we may coordinate settlement records (including amounts and payment references) between the parties. We are not a bank or RBI-licensed payment system; fund handling, if any, is described to you at the time of the deal and remains subject to applicable law.
5) Privacy & Data Use
- Your contact details (e.g., name, phone, email) will be used to process your enquiry or listing and connect you with the relevant party through our mediated process.
- We may share your details with verified owners, agents, relationship managers, or partners solely for purposes related to your request.

6) Communication Consent
- By enquiring or registering, you consent to being contacted via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app message, or push notification regarding your enquiry, listings, account, or support requests.
- Standard carrier or data charges may apply.
- You may opt out of optional WhatsApp or marketing messages as described in our Privacy Policy; transactional messages about an active request may still be sent.
7) Platform Role & Liability
- My Acre acts as a platform facilitating connections between interested parties, typically through a relationship manager. We are not a party to the sale deed between buyers and sellers.
- A “Verified” listing badge (where shown) reflects an initial document or detail review only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, title status, availability, pricing, or final deal terms, and it does not replace independent legal due diligence, which buyers should complete with a qualified lawyer before any purchase.
- Optional services such as legal coordination, survey introductions, or transfer assistance are facilitative. Third-party professionals (lawyers, surveyors, officials) remain independently responsible for their work.
- Any negotiations or agreements are between you and the property owner/agent.
8) User Conduct
- Do not use the platform for spam, harassment, fraudulent listings, or activities that violate law or third-party rights. Do not attempt to bypass the platform to avoid its processes after being introduced to a counterparty through it.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9) Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from your use of the platform.
10) Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your submission applies to that submission.
